Popims Animator creates animations (3D, cartoons, morphing, warping, color filters, video) and produces animated gifs, video files, and printed images to be viewed through any type olenticular screen. Specific lenticular screens (A6 or MiniPopims) can be delivered with the software. Start from any graphic, picture or video file, print the computed image with a standard ink-jet printer. Slide it under your screen and view all images one after the other when you move around the screen.
Popims Animator is now compatible with all sizes and types of lenticular arrays. .
3D animations and still pictures can be printed at home or sent directly to lab@popims.com for printing in large format or with professional techniques (offset, digital offset, direct printing on the rear side of the lenticular screen, SPI, ScreenFit etc.). Popims SPI RIP multiplies the number of images of all 3D Animation and is offered as a service by Popims Lensprinter SARL (not included in the free version of the software)
Its a complete new technology which has been patented throughout the world. In all cases, the image computed by the software is not stuck to the screen, but removable. This means your lenticular screens become a re-usable devices, that you can use all your life with thousands of different animations.
Another advantage is that Popims Animator produces animations as video files and animated gifs that you can send to your friends by email.
The FREE VERSION opens many features but does not allow you to save your work.
The present ADVANCED VERSION does allow you to save and print your work.
The full version sold to brand owners, printing houses and converters, is compatible with all types of lenticular material, including "selective lenticular" : lenses manufactured on the spot by printing specific varnishes on a standard substrate (paper of transparent material).
